End user license agreement: Archipelago
The Archipelago end user license agreement forms a contract between the licensee and Archipelago Marine Research, and sets forth the terms and conditions governing the licensee’s use of all software and firmware provided by Archipelago to the licensee (for example, the EM Interpret software).

End user license agreement: Microsoft
The Microsoft end user license agreement forms a contract between the licensee and Microsoft Corporation, and sets forth the terms and conditions governing the licensee’s use of the Microsoft Windows XP embedded software included on the equipment provided by Archipelago to the licensee.
