Archipelago was the marine biological consultant on a multi-disciplinary environmental assessment team undertaking a scoping level environmental assessment under CEAA and National Energy Board (NEB) guidelines for an international submarine transmission cable crossing proposed by Sea Breeze Power Corporation between Victoria, B.C. and Port Angeles, Washington State. Currently, Archipelago is involved in ongoing discussions with DFO on the design and development of habitat compensation.
