Brenna Lewis

Brenna Lewis joined Archipelago in 2022 and is a Biologist in Training for Archipelago’s Environmental Services (ES) division. She graduated from the University of Victoria in 2022 with a Bachelor in Biology. She routinely conducts fieldwork for environmental assessments, intertidal and subtidal biophysical surveys, environmental and construction monitoring surveys, and Species-at-Risk assessments. Brenna specializes in nearshore habitat and species mapping through the collection and analysis of underwater video imagery, specifically targeting sensitive habitats including eelgrass extent mapping and biophysical classification.

In her spare time, she loves going tide-pooling and snorkelling with her underwater camera, hiking, cross-stitching and enjoying nature on our beautiful coasts.
