Scientific Diving
Deliver science-driven dive programs worldwide
Since the 1980s, Archipelago has conducted scientific dive programs throughout British Columbia, across Canada, and internationally. To appropriately staff each project, we match vessel types and diver specialists to the specific demands of the work. Our science-focused team includes QEP biologists, and we frequently incorporate subcontracted professional divers into project delivery. Archipelago-led programs have included jet-probing, sediment coring and sampling, as well as surface-supply dive biophysical surveys where SCUBA precludes access.
