Katie Archer

Katie’s background was in the tourism industry before she joined Archipelago in 2014 as an At-Sea Fisheries Observer. Her passion for communication, teamwork, and service has shaped her career here ever since. Born and raised in Campbell River, Vancouver Island, Katie came to Victoria to complete a bachelor of science in biology and environmental studies and has since settled in Saanich with her husband and their puppy. In Katie’s spare time she can be found exploring the outdoors, gardening, surfing, and teaching her puppy new tricks.
